"It’s been over six months since Bill’s passing. Please forgive me for not writing or contacting you sooner. I’d like to thank you for your professional service, personal care, and thoughtfulness.
You are truly unique compared to other agencies. You took the time to come to the house so we could meet you and your sow first hand the needs of my husband so you knew what your employee’s needed to do. No other agency ever did that with the exception of HOSPIS. Your employees were kind and attentive with exception to a few who went over good above their duties were: Jerry, Bea C. and Cleo to name a few. There were others but I am sorry to say, their names have left my mind.
And not once did you ever treat us any different do to the low payment, you received from Medicaid/Medicare as did other agencies.
I sincerely hope you never stop your work do to heart and drudgery that your job can be, as there will be disabled/elderly persons who will lose a great persons and agency. I know one day you will have the need or desire to retire. My prayer is that if or when this happens friends or family members as kind as you takes over your business.
Take care of yourself as well as you do your patients."

"It is with deepest gratitude and fullness of heart we write to thank you for the extraordinary love and care with which you and your caregivers blessed our father and mother in their last years. Beginning with their stay in a nursing home, to our father’s return to Assisted Living after Mother passed away, you and your ladies provided companionship of such deep understanding, compassion, and tender loving care, they became as family.
We know well, that with our father’s increasing dementia and his missing our mother so very much, and declining physical health, companionship was not always easy. Nevertheless, you and your ladies, with grace and love, with enthusiasm and joy, filled his last years with a companionship of stimulating conversation and activities; of tending to his every physical and spiritual needs; of being his defender whenever issues arose – all contributing enormously to his feeling at peace.
We could not have survived a difficult situation without you and your caregivers. Living a great distance from our father, we, too, were blessed with a sense of peace, knowing that he was receiving such wonderful care. We always felt completely confident we could get an accurate and sympathetic report of our father’s mental, emotional and physical well-being from you and your caregivers. You all were like family, and that value cannot be overestimated.
Truly, you folks are your brothers’ keepers. We are always reminded of the words of Jesus of Nazareth when we think of you: 'In as much as you do it unto the least of these my brothers, you do it unto me.'
This Allean’s Loving care does. God bless you as you continue in this wonderful work. We shall never forget you."

"Your caregivers worked with my father while he was in Manatee Springs Care and Rehabilitation Center this past September.

My father was truly blessed to be able to have this caregiver service. We are so very grateful to each helper. He was treated with respect and compassion. The caregivers were always attentive, kind and truly sincere. They provided companionship by way of walks, feeding the ducks, talking with him and reading to him. All of these activities helped to make his days enjoyable. I highly recommend Alleans Loving Care staff for your loved ones!

Thanks so much for helping us get through the initial challenges following his stroke."
