Job Qualifications

  • Updated Resume

  • At least 21 years of age

  • High school diploma/ GED

  • CPR/ First Aid

  • Certificates for CNA or HHA

  • Driver's Licenses

  • Dependable Vehicle and Insurance

  • Proof of Hepatitis and TB Immunizations

  • Current Physical (physical ability to complete tasks as outlined in job description)

  • Social Security Card

  • Current CEU's

  • Basic computer skills knowledge

  • Drug-free lifestyle

  • 3 Personal references

  • 3 Professional references

  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate instructions in English

  • Level 2 background screening

AMFM staff are highly qualified and consist of CNA's, Home Health Aides as well as Licensed Nurses, with backgrounds in Alzheimer, Cancer, Mental Changes, Dementia, Disease Processes, Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease, and Geriatrics.

 

All of our staff have gone through all of the State requirement training, passed the state required tests as well as additional training through AM&FM Enterprise Inc. to be able to meet all of our clients needs.

 

All Staff/Employees will need to have passed the AHCA and Medicaid background screening checks.

​

CPR and First Aid skills must be kept up to date and every 2 years all staff memebers are required to obtain 12-20 units of continuing education.
